唯有在非常特別情況下我們用單詞 advices , 比如：
advices from an ambassador （大使寄語(yǔ)）
這里我們用 advices 來(lái)表示來(lái)自一個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)關(guān)或高級(jí)權(quán)力發(fā)表的的各色各樣的信息
